Wise Move Consulting and Movly
One consultancy under two brands: Wise Move for international and North American markets, Movly for Eastern Europe and China. We take founders and companies into new markets through the routes governments use to admit them. I lead a team of ten across a rolling portfolio of more than 150 projects, and rebuilt the delivery framework end to end, which cut delivery time by 30 per cent.
FranceFrench Tech Visa for innovative projects, Passeport Talent for business creation, and the annual reviews that renew them.

United KingdomInnovator Founder endorsement, and grant applications such as Innovate UK Smart.
Where an assessment is on file, the card says so. The work is the same discipline each time: find what is genuinely new in the business, show it to a reviewer who is not an expert, and back it with a market case and numbers that hold up. Clients are anonymised below. Most are founders on immigration files.

Co-founder and CPO2023 to 2026
Over.vision: computer vision for operations, from restaurant floors to aircraft manufacturing
SectorApplied computer vision
MarketUK, then a second EU market
RoleProduct and business development
Over.vision turns existing CCTV into operational data. It started with service flow, hygiene and waste for restaurant operators running many sites. I first advised the founder on UK entry, then joined as co-founder and owned the roadmap. We took the technology to TRL 7, proven in real operating environments.
On the business side, I closed the first enterprise customers, including one of the largest British airlines, which used the system to oversee its manufacturing operations. I also led entry into a second European market and represented the company at industry meetings and conferences. I wrote the business plans, financial model and decks, ran customer-development interviews, built the Innovate UK Smart grant package, and built the business case that won startup endorsement from two UK government-backed bodies.

Nounda: market entry into France for MENA founders
SectorBusiness migration
MarketFrance
RoleFounder
An advisory that takes founders from the Middle East and North Africa into France: positioning, a partner network of legal, banking and administrative providers, and delivery. I built its marketing as an automated pipeline: Make scenarios, an AI article writer with its own quality scorer, avatar video and a headless CMS, with more than 90 published articles.

Exiliv: a peer accelerator and compliance tool for immigrant founders
SectorFounder support, gov-tech
MarketFrance, from Lille
StatusPrivate beta
A not-for-profit built around the three walls founders who have moved countries keep meeting: funding they cannot reach, a market they do not yet read, and administrative process nobody explains. The product, live in invite-only beta at exiliv.com, turns French company set-up into a 36-task compliance checklist with deadline reminders, team screens and an assistant that answers with cited sources, checked against official pages. I own the product and content decisions.
